USB 3.0 to HDMI and VGA allows you to connect your Windows USB 3.0 computers or graphics card to your external displays with HDMI and VGA female port (including HDTV, projectors, monitors) by one cable HDMI or VGA. HDMI and VGA can be connected at the same time, but these two screens can only display the same view.

Note: the adapter only supports operating systems / MacBook 10.11, 10.12, 10.13.1-3, 10.13.2 and 10.13.4-10.13.6. If you want to use it with other operating system, please confirm it with us.

How to solve if it doesn't work?

1. Check your computer/laptop system is Mac OSX and Windows 7/8/10, it does not work with other systems.

2. Check your USB port whether it is loose or not, and change another port to have a try.

3. To manually download the newest driver from the website in the user manual, then install the driver and restart your computer. (Please remove the adapter while you restart the computer.)

4. Please ask for help if you have tried all of the above can't get it to work.

If you are using two different brand monitors, please follow the steps:</ strong>

1. Plug in the HDMI port first. Connect the USB port unless the screen looks normal. Finally, plug in the VGA.

2. Once you have everything ready, it will take 5-10 seconds to automatically connect from your computer to an external monitor.
